What a great company! My requests was handled quickly and efficiently and their services were fairly priced. The gentleman who took care of us, Nick, was very professional and pleasant to be around. You can't beat their customer service. They followed up on the work and made sure I was satisfied. The payment was easy to take care of online as well. East Coast Plumbing and Drain did an amazing job at my new home. They arrived on time and replaced my new sink faucet within minutes and also fixed a couple leaks on pipes outside. Their team was respectful and friendly. They are actually scheduled to come by tomorrow to do some more work on my bathroom. Since I run my business from home and often have clients over, it is important when there is a problem, it's fixed immediately. These guys have my business for as long as I live in Wilmington!

East Coast Plumbing spent 3 hours working on a plumbing issue at my house on a Sunday afternoon. They were quite concerned about doing a good job even if it took longer than anticipated. The plumber just left and it was a great experience start to finish. They came out less than 24 hours after I called, told me what was wrong, fixed my issue and replaced a small issue for no extra charge. The guy was super nice and worked quickly. I would definitely recommend them and I'll use them if I have an issue again. I've never had to call one before but this was such a painless experience!

We called East Coast Plumbing based off a recommendation from a friend. After speaking with the owner about our drainage issue, the recommendation to use one of their cameras to assess the situation before doing any digging or repair. Their team was prompt and professional. They were able to quickly identify the problem recommend the best (and most cost effect!) solution and complete the repair. This company is absolutely honest! I was advised to get several estimates on a plumbing issue to replace everything because my pipes were so old. Even though I asked for a quote to do that, they took the time to find out why I wanted to and advised that wasn't the best way to handle the situation.They helped ME save money, even though they would have made a lot more money replacing it all. I also liked that he didn't put down another plumbing company, instead he told me that all plumbers should work together and not tear each other down. I'd absolutely recommend them to everyone.

These guys are a rare find: friendly, genuine, reliable, honest, and they are outstanding plumbers. When my husband and I bought our 100+ year old home, we needed some specific work done quickly. They were super-responsive, did a great job, and as a result we've called on them several times since. Highly recommended!

Carl and his crew were very professional and kind everything was done correctly from the beginning. They were punctual and let me know what they were doing through the whole process.
